Passero Signature Builders, Inc (“PSBI”) is a high-end luxury award-winning residential new, remodel, and commercial builder that focuses on delivering premier results. With over thirty years of combined hands-on experience PSBI is an elite team and has a proven performance record.

Prior to starting PSBI, Chris was the Director of Construction for the Yellowstone Development Company, in Big Sky, Montana.  Here he supervised a team of fifteen employees managing over sixty active projects with over $400 million in project costs under contract.  Chris was involved overseeing builds from conceptual stages of design, budget, contract execution, construction of projects, client contracts completion and turnover to clients.

In 2015, Chris moved to Austin, Texas, and started a construction management company, Austin Peak Development.  During this time, he managed $70 million worth of commercial projects before joining Yellowstone Development.

Chris left LHD to start his own general contracting company in Aspen, CO, from 2002–2015, where he successfully managed over $125 million in single family and commercial projects.  During this tenure, his company was recognized with the “Gold Standard” award from Luxe Magazine, and had several residences published in various home building magazines.  In 2004, Chris was invited to speak at Architectural Digest on the topic of rammed earth construction.

From 1997–2002, Chris was the Senior Project Coordinator/Manager for Larkspur Hospitality Development Company located in Marin County, California.  During his time with LHD, Chris managed site procurement, design, and construction for hotel projects totaling over $200 million in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business communications and a minor in business management from the University of Texas, Austin.  Chris enjoys spending time with his two sons and all outdoor activities including skiing, bicycling, and hiking.
